AI Credits are a virtual currency used to complete AI task like translation, image editing, OCR through AI-powered prompts. Each interaction or generation deducts credits from your plan. Credits usage rules are consumed per action as follow

3.OCR (Text Extraction), 2 credits;

No. Currently, we only offer one-time payment with minor upgrades included, but is not availble for major updates, which means you need to pay extra money for the major updates. However, if you choose our subcription plan, you can alwalys stay up to date for our latest version with new features and improvements.
With a subscription license, instead of making a one-time purchase, you pay a monthly fee to use ChillShot AI. It is an ongoing subscription during the period. The cost of maintenance, upgrades (like ChillShot AI 2 release), and renewals is included in the subscription - no extra fees added.
No. Currently we don't offer the plan of AI credits only. If you need to replenish your AI Credits, you can upgrade your plan by contacting our support team at support@chilltool.com.
Yes, of course you can. The monthly subscription allows you to use this product for one month and renew if you are satisfied. You will receive an e-mail notification 7 days prior to the end of the subscription.
App purchse only is a one-time payment, and your remained AI credits are available in a year after purchase. In a subscription plan, AI credits are issued every 30 days starting from the purchase date, and any unused AI credits are reclaimed at the same time. For a subscription plan you cancelled, your remaining AI credits will still be available until the end of your billing cycle. And, if you switch the plan, we will allocate the difference of the credits based on your purchased plan.
If you issue a refund, we will reclaim the AI credits at the same time. However, if you consumes some credits or run out of credits, we will charge for the corresponding AI credits instead.
